By accessing or using any Melonkode website, product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Definitions
Throughout these Terms, certain capitalised words have specific meanings. "Services" means any product offered by Melonkode. "User Content" means data, files and information you submit. "Account" means your registered access to our services.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Use of Services
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Subscription & Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with the plan you selected.
Intellectual Property
The Melonkode platform, including software, design and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the services.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the services to you.
Acceptable Use Policy
You must not use the services to engage in illegal activity, infringe rights, send spam, distribute malware, scrape data, attempt unauthorised access, or harass other users.
Disclaimers & Liability
The services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of ₹10,000 INR or fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Melonkode harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement in accordance with the plan terms. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or in-product notice.
